This course is for aspiring F&B Professionals with a passion to deepen knowledge and skillsets in F&B Service, prime for global careers in F&B Management.
 
Through the WSQ Diploma in Food & Beverage (F&B) Management, we aim to:
  • Prepare learners for career advancement opportunities in the fast-growing F&B industry.
  • Equip learners with advanced knowledge and skillsets in F&B management. It includes managing F&B operations, designing restaurant concepts, and optimising sales, amongst others.

  1. Manage Cost and Quality Controls
  2. Manage Food and Beverage Operations
  3. Administer Purchasing and Receiving Procedures
  4. Manage Loss Prevention
  5. Manage Training
  6. Hire Staff
  7. Appraise/Evaluate Staff
  8. Handle Terminations, Dismissals and Resignations
  9. Optimise Sales
  10. Design Restaurant Concepts
  11. Develop Franchising Strategies
  12. Write a Business Plan
Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded to the participants.

  • A minimum of ‘O’ Levels qualifications and above or its equivalent ( WSQ Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Skills Level 5) is required.
  • For learners who do not meet the minimum requirements, an oral interview would be conducted to determine suitability for the course
