Personnel who require the skills and knowledge to carry out planning, maintaining and improving work process to meet organisation quality system requirements

OBJECTIVE

To provide participants with the knowledge and application skills to plan and carry out daily work to meet quality system requirements as well as maintaining and improving work quality and standards.

COVERAGE

Plan daily work to meet quality system requirements

• Types and usage of quality system tools and equipment
• Types and interpretation of quality records
• Legislative and industrial framework for quality

Carry out daily work to meet quality system requirements

• Monitor quality outcomes according to organizational quality procedures
• Detecting and reporting non conformities

Maintain work quality

• Ensure that corrective actions (CA) are followed up
• Monitor resolution of non compliances via quality records

Improve work quality

• Provide feedback to improve on quality system and work processes
• Support and contribute to organisational improvement projects
