Have you forgotten how to play? Do you feel overwhelmed with life and unable to make time or space for creative work?
Welcome to Writing the Body.
This five-week course includes writing and body based exercises to help you access your intuition, creativity, and develop consistency with your writing.
Using exercises that help connect you to your body, and through inspirational readings by poets, mystics and writers along with writing exercises that I have developed over several years, Writing the Body provides a clear path to approaching writing as a meaningful and sacred act that integrates body, mind and spirit.
Although the course is set up to take about five weeks, I tailored the exercises so that students can spend longer depending on where they wish to put their focus. You can download the materials and write in the shaded boxes for each exercise.
The course includes

- Free 1/2 hr live Skype/FaceTime/Google Hangout session with instructor if desired
