Overview
People are often the weakest link in workplace safety. They can ignore PPE, defy safety rules or take short cuts, especially when nobody is looking. To tackle these problems, education and enforcement are commonly used. The two approaches only get you so far. How do you get your staff to wear PPE and follow rules - willingly?
