Course Description:

This course empowers women to conduct business on their own and become financially independent. It is also intended for women who are already in business and need to improve their management skills. In addition, it will improve the management skills and entrepreneurial abilities of women working in large organisations. The course covers topics such as how to start an own business, getting finance for the start-up, managing the growth of the business, compiling a business plan, creativity and innovation, empowerment and enrichment programmes, how to overcome the barriers women face in a business environment, marketing, relationship-building, networking opportunities and balancing the different roles women have to fulfil in the 21st century.
