Course Description:Employers Common Law Responsibilities is a one-day intensive workshop for non-lawyers who regularly deal with employees and their representatives in an industrial or workplace environment.
It is a solid introduction to the principles of Common Law responsibilities from the employer standpoint and plots a course through the legal maze of formal workplace relationships in a manner that can easily be followed by managers who are not legally trained.
