Course Description:

In June 2007 the National Treasury published the Municipal Regulations on Minimum Competency Levels in Government Gazette No. 29967, in terms of this six selected categories of municipal officials (mainly from the financial management area) including municipal entity staff members would have to achieve specific minimum competency levels via training and assessment by 31 December 2012.
