Course Description:

The course focuses on the frameworks and tools that entrepreneurs need to organise and build successful new ; Whether they have to nurture an innovation in an established organisation or launch an independent start-up, participants acquire an entrepreneurial perspective and the know-how to start their new ventures and grow them into profitable businesses.


How attendees will benefit?

Participants will strengthen their capacity to:

• Understand the challenges and risks of building new ventures
• Analyse ideas and determine the size and viability of opportunities in different economic climates
• Apply business models to create plans and turn ideas into opportunities
• Make sound go/no-go investment and management decisions

• Building and managing high-performance teams
• Recognising and managing risk
• Creating and measuring value
