The word "Train" means more than lecturing the participants. It is not telling them something  Honebein says that Training is about "Creating learning experiences". This program through active involvement of the participant will deliver the course in such a way that the learners will learn through perhaps brainstorming, case study, activity, or experiential discovery. It's possible that the Trainer could use a coaching approach in Training to achieve a desired positive result.

This program includes enormous methods to assist modern training technique to help the course become, both effective and ;To make the program memorable, the participants will have to create activities such as energizers, ice-breakers and team builders as part of their assignment. Though this may seem un serious at the beginning, it enables the participants to have hands on in designing the program.
