Course Description:

Hernez-Boome and Hughes (2004:27) offer that the leadership of the future is at its core a "process that engenders and is the result of relationships - relationships that focus on the interactions of both leaders and ;  Leadership thus boils down to effective communication in order to build ;

Nowadays non-verbal communication is part of everyday jargon when referring to effective ; We all acknowledge that the "what and how" we say things are ; What we often forget is that body (and therefore voice) is controlled by the ; We forget that body/voice and mind cannot be ; This workshop defines and investigates the link between the mind (drawing from the concepts of mirror neurons, interioception, exterioception and proporioception) and the body/voice.

  Once this interactive relationship has been established, the workshop draws from the notion of optimal body/mind and voice integration in performance to ensure uncontaminated communication in ; The participant will gain skills and strategies to be used towards accessing integrated mind, body and voice when communicating from a leader's perspective.
