Course Overview

Why study this course at this institution?

The Leadership Challenge® is a comprehensive, globally-renowned program that has set the standards for best practices in leadership and performance development; it is being used by Senior Managers, Emerging Leaders and C-Level Executives around the world.

The Leadership Challenge® can be customized and tailored to the desired competencies of the leader. With online assessments, PowerPoint slides, videos, activities, simulations, value cards and workbooks, The Leadership Challenge® provides a full suite of pedagogical resources to create an experiential, practical learning experience mapped to desired learning outcomes. The learning process begins well before the first session, with the leader completing an online 360 Assessment, the Leadership Practices Inventory®. Once the assessment has been submitted, the leader receives a comprehensive leadership profile report. The report is written in a highly structured and easy to read manner. The facilitator will then reference the report throughout the coaching sessions in order to highlight behaviour traits and areas for development.

To achieve these outcomes, we use a blend of short lectures, case studies, exercises and action learning activities, this intensive, interactive program develops the awareness and competencies of employees embarking on their career.
