Role of Six Sigma Green Belt professional

Six Sigma Green Belts are involved with analysing and solving quality problems. They may participate in quality-improvement projects and they work under the supervision of Black Belts. They can still lead Green Belt Projects.
 
Learning Objectives:

• Understand the difference and interaction between Lean and Six Sigma.
• Understand the meaning, application and levels in Six Sigma.
• Recognize the role of a green belt professional
• Define the DMAIC ( Define- Measure-Analyze-Improve & Control) approach to implement Six Sigma and solve quality problems and improve process performance.
• Identify activities, tools & techniques and deliverable of every phase (DMAIC) in Six Sigma Project.
• Know the road map, tips and tricks to succeed in SSGB exam and gain confidence by taking many mock examinations.
