Regardless of the nature of the decision, having a clear process helps to achieve a better result because you are forced to identify the critical elements which lead to a good decision.

Course Overview
This two day workshop will provide you with practical tools necessary to become an effective decision maker. You will learn a structured process to uncover hidden and actual roots of problems, a reframing matrix and other methods to generate imaginative, inventive solutions with a perspective to a positive outcome.
