Course Outline

This course will guide you to develop HR policies and procedures (P&Ps) in your organization that are legally compliant and benchmarked to best practices.

What you will learn?

1.      Develop a clear and objective set of HR policies and procedures that are robust, compliant to the law and create a fair and professional environment for the Managers and Employees

2.      Review your current HR policies and procedures and learn to benchmark them with the best practice

3.      Learn to draft HR policies and procedures by understanding the future direction of the organization which helps to increase employee retention rates, saves time on administering out-dated policies, promotes effective management and company reputation

4.      Understand aspects of the law that affect the HR policies and procedures and the employment contracts
