English for Telephoning is the ideal quick course for anyone who needs to make effective telephone calls in a business context. This intensive specialist course has especially been designed to inculcate and enhance knowledge, strategies and skills of telephoning which can enable the participants to carry out their telephonic communications aptly. This 25-hour course puts a ginormous heed on galvanizing the participants towards reaching the epitome of their professionalism as well as growth by equipping them with the most modern knowledge of telephonic mannerisms.

Hedges (probably, I would say …) and turn taking
