This course provides practical tools and enlivening strategies for those involved in, or intending to become trainers, group facilitators, or learning leaders in any area of education and training.
Who is this course for?
Organisational trainers, group facilitators, learning leaders, lecturers, teachers, and tutors, who seek to be more effective and confident in engaging their audiences and communicating their message. It will also assist those in organisational roles who know that investing in progressive staff training builds a sustainable learning organisation.

- Apply research-based methods of adult learning, inluding a Training Needs Analysis

- Plan an engaging sequence of learning steps that ensure your delivery is time-effective
- Practice presenting in a supportive group, and gain feedback for improvement
- Engage individuals effectivly by catering for thier learning styles
- Create an active, stimulating learning enviornment using visual aids and hands-on resources
- Use reflection tools that support retention of learning at 7 cognitive levels
- Assess the success of the learning, and evaluate the effectivness of your training
