H A C C P is a management system in which food safety i s addressed through t h e analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, t o manufacturing, distribution a n d consumption of the finished product to ensure and manage food safety. Minimise risk to your customers, caused by poor hygiene and contamination, by implementing a food safety management system within your workplace.
