This course is for Trade Union trainers who have training qualifications and wish to upskill in training and development approaches.

Course Content:

• This course covers competences to identify training needs; develop, plan, organise and deliver training; assess learners and evaluate training provision.

Learning Outcomes:

• Learners who successfully completed all required course assignments will be eligible to be put forward for the QQI Special Purpose Award in Training and Development
• Improved ability to assist learners to identify their training needs
• Improved capacity to develop, plan, organise and deliver training
• Increased skill in assessing learners objectives and evaluate training provision.

• Classroom work and course assignments
