Our Train the Trainer course will allow you develop the knowledge and skills necessary to become an effective trainer and instructor.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for people interested in delivering training programmes and those that train others in organizations.

Course Objectives:

On completion of this course learners will be able to:

• Have the ability to determine training needs; evaluate and assess training; structure and plan successful courses from material design through to using training media
• Possess the skills and knowledge appropriate to the required training program;
• Employ a wide range of delivery styles, including the use of modern technology and an interactive methodology, in order to meet the different learning styles of audiences and to capture their interest and involvement.

Course Programme:

• Understand the learning process, how Adults learn, the different learning styles and how to work with them.
• How to carry out a Training Needs Analysis that is real and meaningful
• Setting up your training for success – qualitative & quantitative objectives and the evaluation process and mechanism
• Making best use of the Development Process to align training with business requirements
• Designing your training and planning for implementation
• Understand how to engage your audience, getting and keeping their interest, having them motivated and committed to learn.
• Know and be able to utilise the range of training aids and modern technology effectively
• Be able to deal effectively with difficult people issues
• How to evaluate your training and promote application and continuous learning

Training Methods:

• Classroom based power-point presentation & interactive discussion
• There will also be course hand-outs, group exercises & individual presentations.

• Maximum of 12 participants
• Level 6 FETAC Cert will be issued to all learners who attend this course
