This fully accredited QQI/FETAC Train the Trainer course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to run training courses that will inspire and motivate your delegates. Over the four days the time is divided between tutorial sessions and practical skill development. This Train The Trainer course covers the nature of training, the trainer’s role and how people learn. You will then learn how to design a training programme with a lot of emphasis on how to retain the interest of your learners. You will learn how to deal with questions in a really professional manner. Overall this QQI Train The Trainer course will supply you with all the tools to organise and deliver training courses that motivate and get results.

- Each candidate will have access to an online Moodle account where all course content will be accessible.
- You will leave with a solid foundation of the skills required to become a successful trainer.
Upon successful completion you will receive a Training Delivery & Evaluation QQI Level 6 (6N3326) award which is worth 15 credits towards a major award. It is also one of 2 components which make up the new QQI Training & Development Special Purpose Award (6S3372). Hibernian Training is fully registered with QQI to offer programmes leading to QQI awards.
