• An awareness of both learners and trainers role in the learning process
• An understanding of variety of training methods and the opportunity to practice them in a small group
• Assess learner's training needs   
• Write training session plans
• Conduct training sessions
• Coach learners
• Assess and record learner's progress
• Give feedback to learners
• Manage the Training Function
