Why Module II Course?
The major portion of MOD-II is to use various VM applications on different facilities and processes. Developed the leadership capability, program management, and management interaction. It also builds on the understanding of function analysis, FAST diagramming, function models including: Risk, Environmental, LCC, energy, space and quality. This course will also cover: VE project team selection, creativity process, financial evaluation, interpersonal leadership skills, VE Reporting and value management training and services. Actual case studies related to services, construction and Industry will be discussed throughout the sessions. Develop maximum team/group dynamics, through the participant's base of knowledge leading to optimizing team member's individual behaviors. To draw conclusions about what is appropriate to participants own situations and understand how the value methodology works in different environments. Increasing a participant's effectiveness in developing and presenting value improvement proposals and related selling of the ideas.

Who should attend?

This seminar is designed for Government and industry managers who are involved in healthcare, research, Education, environmental remediation, transportation, and industrial & manufacturing processes should attend. This seminar is also essential for those who are interested in certified value specialists (CVS). It is recommended that attendees have completed a 40 hour VE training workshop Module I and have some VE experience. In addition, engineering and architecture firms should send individuals that are involved in the design and construction of these types of facilities. Construction contractors and facility managers can also benefit from these seminars.
