FIDIC new suite of Contracts 1999 with emphasis to the red book for construction projects are widely used as a Standard Form of Contracts for most of the construction projects in the Middle East. This four days intensive course is planned to take you through each and every clause of the FIDIC 1999- red book with short practical workshops and scenarios to make sure that attendees are getting the maximum benefit out of the course and being confident in dealing with this type of contracts.
Course is designed to help attendees to learn the theoretical basis of FIDIC-1999 along with the application of real cases and scenarios where Trainees will be working on behalf of each project party in each case.
