The 23% Challenge is a combination of a 7-Day Vegan Challenge and a 7-Day Wellness Challenge.  It lasts for only 7 days.  Actually, it is the first 7 days of each month (30 days).  The name is derived from 7 out of 30 days is 23%...hence the name 23% Challenge.

This course will teach you how to create and cultivate your own happiness and health thru

  • Diet
  • Exercise 
  • Spirituality

The course content is composed of videos and PDFs.  The videos and PDFs are designed to give an explanation of the following:

  • An introduction to each day
  • Benefits 
  • Details
  • The instructor's personal experiences
  • Personal tips on how to maximize their experiences
  • Vegan Diet Tips & Reminders 
  • A Take Home Message
  • Assignments   

Students will benefit in several ways

  1. Nature Day will help students build their environmental wellness, organizational skills, and time management skills thru planning and grocery shopping
  2. Money Day and Wealth Day will help students improve their financial wellness
  3. Gratitude Day, Love Day, and Forgiveness Day will help students improve their interpersonal, emotional, spiritual, and occupational wellness
  4. Exercise Day will help students improve their physical wellness
  5. You will become a social media magnet

The ideal student is very focused on their health & fitness.  They are looking to stay in shape, get in shape, and/or prevent or treat chronic illnesses.  They are interested in improving their relationships with money, friends, family, and co-workers.  They eat healthy, organic, vegetarian, or vegan most of the time.  They are looking for personal growth and development in their life.  All are welcome...beginners to season veterans.

By the end of the course you will be able to have better relationships with money, friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and even strangers.  You will be more financially intelligent.  You will have greater self-love, self-esteem, self-trust, self-acceptance, and self-confidence to help you:
