This module is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and competence to work as an effective member of a team, on their own initiative while under general directive and within a range of diverse, team-oriented environments.

Programme Aim:

The aims of this module are;

• To enable the learners to develop a range of skills effective in team working
• To encourage learners to value their personal experiences and contributions in teamwork.
• To ensure learners understand the construction of teamwork.
• To gain an appreciation of the role of team working within an organisation.
• To develop a range of skills effective in team working and to work effectively as part of a team.
• Develop an awareness of the different roles and personality types in teamworking.

Entry Requirement

Level 4 certificate, Leaving Certificate, or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life and work experiences.
