This programme focuses on identifying supervisors / managers strengths and weakness as leaders. The participants are provided with individual, in-depth feedback to enhance personal effectiveness in a highly interactive learning environment that aids skills development. The programme will cover the role of a supervisor as a motivator, team builder and effective communicator. In addition it also includes problem solving and conflict resolution strategies, effective time management techniques to improve their effectiveness at work.
