The module will appeal to learners who wish to explore a career within a management/supervisory role.
It will provide learners with a practical and clear guide to supervising and managing staff/a team. They will gain the necessary knowledge to work in a range of industry sectors independently in a supervisory capacity
On completion of this course, learners will receive a FETAC/QQI certificate in Supervisory Management Level 6.
Programme Aim:
This course is specifically aimed at DSP Community Employment Supervisors dealing with everyday issues that arise specific to a Community Employment Scheme

Entry Requirement
