This course will help you demonstrate the usage and features of a new solution from Microsoft to manage Projects and end to end solution that helps sales and delivery teams engage customers and deliver billable projects on time and within budget. We will start this course by understanding the basic terminology of PSA, its components, sales, and cost list. Then you will learn to install and navigate PSA. Then you'll know more about planning, billing, and sales process overview. You will be able to know more about configuring the Dynamics 365 for PSA and learn the PSA guide.

Moving on, you'll explore to become the administrator in the organization to configure the CRM with PSA solution. Also, through the end of the course, you can able to understand the deeper impact of PSA to the organization who manages the Professional services.
