This course is specially designed for athletes, coaches, trainers and team management. It provides a basic understanding of sports psychology.
This course focused in the area of sports psychology where participants will study four main subjects covering: Introduction to Sports Psychology, Ethics and Critical Thinking is Sport Psychology, Cognitive & Motor Skills and Psychology of Team Sports.
Participants who successfully completed the programme will be able to understand the basic level of the sports psychology.
