Problem solving forms the core in what most of us do at work daily. Being effective at supervising the team in both problem solving and decision making is important to your team’s success.

This course provides you with the necessary skills to solve problems and make decisions, enabling you to sharpen your processes and leading you to improved productivity.

Target Audience:

This course is suitable for inpiduals who are aspiring to be supervisor or who are in supervisory position, with responsibility for the operation and performance of a team. It is also useful for people in small businesses or the self-employed.

• State the problem accurately & get team buy-in 
• What is actually happening? How do I scope the problem?
• What are the possible causes? Which one is the “right” one?
• How do I convince my team that this is the most likely one?
