The Alpha Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training Course provides you with an in-depth understanding of Six Sigma fundamentals and advanced phases. This course is designed to prepare you to manage Six Sigma Projects in the workplace and pass the IASSC Certification exam.
Comprehensive and authorised training and exam preparation to achieve the coveted Black Belt Certification authorised by the International Association of Six Sigma Certification - the only Globally recognised Black Belt Certification body.
Certification Process

• Completion of 1- week training program
• Written 100 Questions  (4 hours) open-book examination at the end of the course with a minimum passing score of 70%
• The participants are required to undertake a "Six Sigma BB Project" within their respective organisations. The project has to be submitted within six months.

Participants who pass the examination will be awarded an Alpha and HRDA Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
 
Requirements
