The finance director plays a central role in any organisation. That is especially true in times of economic retrenchment. Yet while financial education focuses considerable attention on many individual finance tasks, relatively little attention is focused on an integrated view of the role of the finance director. This course aims to provide such an integrated view, with an emphasis on those aspects of the role that tend to be underplayed in formal education.

This course is suitable for finance directors and thosewho are about to become finance directors.
