This is a simulation-based training programme designed to enhance the holistic understanding of risk management among banking professionals involved in Risk Management of a commercial banking business. This programme provides participants with an opportunity to learn through a hands-on practical approach using simulation to identify and analyse the major risks banks face in today’s volatile business environment. Participants will play the role of risk managers, as well as senior bank management, as they take all decisions to manage their banks and compete with each other through a simulated macro environment.
