This course is your personal seminar. It was designed to be completed in a day. The best way to complete the course is to block out the time, just as you would if you were traveling to a seminar held at a conference center except you don't have the high expense and you don't have to travel! You will need a notebook or someway to record your answers and thoughts during the course. Worksheets are provided in the download section on the right side of the lecture page.

As the work world changes, it has become very important to know how to change with it. It all starts with a question: Who can you help with what you know?

If you can answer this question then you can repurpose your skills to create new work.

The bottom line is this: you have options. You can use what you learned on previous jobs, from your hobbies or interest or from your own story to create new work.

The world of work has changed as we know it and a new work world is emerging.

We all have unique gifts, talents, interests, experiences and passions. These gifts can make an impact on families, communities, churches and organizations.

The concepts in this course will help you navigate the new work world, help you hire yourself and help you add greater value to the marketplace.
