Course Objectives:  
To formalize the participants in the basics and roles of specifying the materials, description the work activities and analyzing the unit rate in the bill of quantities for construction projects through a project case study.
Course Outline:
Constructing a workshop for two days to the participants to demonstrate and discuss method of preparing the items in the bill of quantities and the price analysis with a proper recommendation to the client about the overall cost of the project and the nominated contractor through the following:
-         Understanding the estimating process and the basics of pricing.
-         Demonstrating the principle of measurements in details.
-         Discussing the comparison statements in terms of tendering analysis.
-         Explaining Method of specifying the materials and UNIFORMAT II implications.
