Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is one of the top recognized credential worldwide, and many organizations require their team member to be either certified as a "PMP" or at least have the enough awareness about the standards and knowledge provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI) who offers such credential.
In this course, we provide the trainee with the full knowledge and skills to help him in the preparation for the PMP exam. Through practice sessions, workshops and overnight study. Trainee will learn also the essential PMBOK® Guide terminology, tools and techniques needed to pass the PMP exam.
