Business disruption is increasingly becoming part of an organisation as more of its operations depend on computers and software. Business continuity management and disaster recovery are key issues for all industry sectors and are recognised as an integral part of good operational management practice. This course provides an interactive exploration of both business continuity management and IT disaster recovery planning; from risk assessment through to post incident activities.
The course will be split into two parts, giving delegates the option to attend the course days which will meet their learning objectives:
