By the end of this program, participants are expected to be able to:- Explain a problem solving process
- Identify root cause(s) of a problem using Ishikawa Diagram
- Investigate root causes(s) using 5 Why Analysis
- Develop solution so the likelihood of reoccurrence is minimized or eliminated
- Evaluate the sustainability of the solution by monitoring the result continuously
