This course covers the key knowledge and understanding required in the principles of management and leadership.  This program will help learners to understand the personal and professional skills needed for effective management and leadership, examining the skills and attributes and finally how to research a range of management and leadership development methods and evaluate the suitability of these when facing the challenges of leadership today.

• Understand and analyse the link between management and leadership
• Understand the skills and styles of management and leadership
• Comprehend  applied theory in an organizational context, discover the usefulness of using theories for gaining insights into leadership requirements in given situations
• Adapt to planning for the development of leadership and management skills, using appropriate methods and evaluating
