As project manager or (prospective) project manager, you wish to carry out projects successfully and verifiably. PRINCE2® is the most used methodology for this in Europe. In this PRINCE2® Foundation training course you will learn among others about the importance of the business case, good project organization, realistic planning, risk management and the importance of good project phasing.

The PRINCE2® 2009 version is the most recent version of the PRINCE2® certification.

Your result

As a project assistant you are aware of the principles of PRINCE2®. As a project manager you can set up a project yourself, and carry it out, in accordance with the PRINCE2® methodology. You are also prepared to achieve the PRINCE2® Foundation exam.
