Risk Management Team including the Safety officer, project coordinator, project supervisor, ground operations personnel, Senior Management, and individual who are keen in knowing and understanding the Risk Assessment. This workshop is designed specifically to introduce concept and methodologies of Risk Management to the Risk Management within an organization objective is to better understand their roles as well as to equip them with knowledge in the areas of Risk Assessment /Management, so that the team can achieve greater effectiveness in performing their Risk Management activities.
