تفاصيل الدورة
While the PMP® certification is in itself a credential that will open up a lot of doors for you, it does not teach the practical aspects of project management. In order to put all your theoretical knowledge to practical use, hands-on knowledge of tools such as the Microsoft Project will stand you in good stead. Our workshop combines the theoretical aspects of your PMP® training together with the practical applications of MS Project and MS Excel. You will learn to use the practical applications outlined in Microsoft Project, while adhering to the industry best-practices defined in the PMBOK ® Guide.
