In this project management training course the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK - 5th edition) standard is covered extensively. PMBoK describes generally accepted and standardized norms and practices to be able to manage projects professionally and successfully.

The PMBoK standard applies as a reference work for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Your knowledge of the PMBoK standard will be tested during these certification exams.

The PMBoK standard and the CAPM and PMP certifications are issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Prerequisites

No specific prior knowledge is required for this course. It would be an advantage to have practical experience in managing projects.
