• Effective communication in a team environment, including Non-verbal communication
• Adair’s Leadership Model-Team, Task and Individuals with special focus on Team-Core Topic
• Defining team Roles, Introduction to Belbin 
• Conflict in Teams with practical examples, Kilman’s 5 point Conflict management theory.
• Planning and organizing a super performing team- Time management- Delegation as a productivity tool.
• Coaching and mentoring skills for Leaders
