The Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship program imparts essential skills and effective strategies to create and manage innovative businesses. It is a 60 ECTS program from Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU),the first Telematic university to be accredited by the Ministry of Education, Italy. It can be completed in 9-24 months. Additional certification includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK.

This program is delivered completely online by Athena Global Education, through a combination of pre-recorded lectures followed by extensive learning materials along with dedicated Personal Tutor ;

It consists of the following modules:

1. Introduction to Innovation and Entrepreneurship- This module will teach the learner what it takes to become an Entrepreneur and develop innovative and high-potential business opportunities.
2. Human Resource Management and Leadership- The learner gets to know about the role of strategic HRM and leadership practices and their influence on the organization.
3. New Venture Development- The module teaches what it takes to launch and scale new business ventures by gaining a deep understanding and  practical skills required for New venture ;
4. Finance for Entrepreneur- The module builds understanding of the aspects of financial statement evaluations.
5. Design Thinking- The learner gains an understanding of the human centred approach to creative problem solving and design thinking ;
6. Product Development and Marketing- This module provides the learner a comprehensive understanding of the product development process, management and application of design and innovation.

Finally, the Capstone Project equips learners to create a usable project through which they can integrate, synthesize, and demonstrate all their knowledge in a multi-faceted way to potential employers. Projects are drawn from real-world situations.

The Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship program will enable the learner to understand the significance of innovation in the entrepreneurial journey and help him identify different ways in which innovation can give rise to sustainable organizations.
