Day 2
DEFINE Phase: Project selection, charter, process mapping
MEASURE Phase: Intro, finalize CTQs, performance standards
MSA: Attribute Agreement Analysis (AAA)
Day 3
MSA: Gage R&R, Bias, Linearity, Stability
Process stability & capability (Continuous & Discrete Y)
Day 4
ANALYZE Phase: Potential causes, data analysis
Hypothesis testing (start)
Day 5
ANALYZE Phase: Regression, 5 Whys
IMPROVE Phase: Intro, solution generation
DoE: Full & Fractional Factorial Design
Day 6
IMPROVE Phase: Pilot & validation
CONTROL Phase: Control systems, validation, documentation

CSSC Six Sigma Green Belt – Eligibility
Education: No degree required
Experience: None required (optional: some business or project exposure is helpful)
Certification Path (CSSC):
Standard: Pass the CSSC Green Belt exam (no project required)
Level 2: Pass exam + one completed project
Role Fit: Entry to mid-level; supports or co-leads improvement projects
