The Catheterisation Training course presents the preparation and skills that need to be applied in order to perform the catheterisation procedure for both male and female patients. You’ll be introduced to the concept and methods of catheterisation, including male and female anatomy, and the reasons behind performing a catheterisation.This comprehensive course incorporates a variety of topics, including post procedure catheter positioning, post procedure checklist, both male and female catheterisation procedure in an easy to grasp manner.

- This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
- Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
