The Occupational First Aid Refresher course updates your FETAC 5 Occupational First Aid qualification by 2 more years. You will be brought up to date in any changes that have occurred in regulated practice since you last trained. You will will revise your knowledge and practice of CPR, AED and bandaging. This course is recognised by the HSA and the PHECC (Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council).

Qualifications Gained

• Updates FETAC 5 First Aid by 2 more years

Entry Requirement

• Entry to this course is by direct application to the college. Students must already have valid Occupational First Aid certification which needs to be within 6 months of expiration on the day of the course. There are no previous academic requirements.
