If you are looking at a nursing career, Tamkeen can show you the way. Tamkeen, in association with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain) has designed a progamme that offers you a BSc in General Nursing.
The Programmes:
If selected, you will have access to the exceptional faculty and facilities at the Medical Institute of Bahrain, established in 2004 as a constituent branch of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland to provide world-class healthcare education, training and research in Bahrain and the region.
Eligibility Criteria:
- GPA of 80% and above at high school (science section only)
- Applicants must have graduated within the last two years
- Applicants must pass in English test given by the college

Tamkeen was established as part of Bahrain’s national reform initiatives and Bahrain's Economic Vision, and is tasked with supporting Bahrain’s private sector and positioning it as the key driver of economic development.
Tamkeen’s two primary objectives are:
1) Fostering the creation and development of enterprises, and
2) Providing support to enhance the productivity and growth of enterprises and individuals.
