The New York Institute of Management (NYIM) Accelerated Mini MBA program acts as a navigation tool for high-potential functional experts with progressive experience in their functional area and equips them with a general management perspective.

Throughout the program participants will evaluate strategies on how to increase productivity, better manage people and handle human resource issues. They will also explore the basics of financial and managerial accounting, understand how to assess their organization from an economic, financial and market perspective to support better decision making.

Practically focused, The Mini NYIM program is designed to raise one’s levels of self-awareness and build their strategic management, marketing and finance knowledge and skills – all critical success factors for effective general management!

What will I learn? 

Conducted both during the program and after participants return to their workplace, this highly personal program option complements the curriculum with advice, support and additional resources from their NYIM coach. 
What's included in the "Executive Coaching":

• One on site coaching session for each participant happens during the early mornings, lunch times or evenings.
• Post-program coaching(3 sessions) takes place within a four-month period as scheduled conference calls.

NYIM has further enriched the experience and benefit for all attendees by adding even more content:

• Daily Assessments, Exercises and Case Studies
• The 7 x 7 Maze Learning Activity 

Target Audience

The Accelerated MBA program is designed for high potential, highly motivated managers; new managers; professionals with management potential; experienced junior-level managers needing a boost. Recent graduates of any subject who are unlikely to have a postgraduate business degree, such as an MBA, will also benefit from this program. It is relevant across all industries.

How will I be assessed? 

There will be 4 individual assessments.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

You will receive a Certificate of Completion by the New York Institute of Management (NYIM)
